DreamDecoder AIprovides educational and entertainment content about dream symbolism, plus an optional AI-powered dream interpretation tool. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Content on DreamDecoder AI, including AI-generated dream analyses and dictionary articles, is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. When you submit dream descriptions for AI analysis, you retain ownership of your text. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that text solely to provide the requested interpretation. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit personal data of third parties without their consent.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding user submissions), is owned by or licensed to DreamDecoder AIand protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location and consent choices. Your use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment that ads may be displayed. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DreamDecoder AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER), IF ANY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamDecoder AI from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or others.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
